About Isofix

ISOFIX simply stands for “International Standards Organisation FIX”.

ISOFIX is a regonised standard for installing and fitting child car seats and is intended to make it both simple and easy as well as offering another level of safety.

All new cars built since the start of 2006 have been required by law to have ‘Universal’ ISOFIX anchorages for a minimum of two seating positions,

If you are unsure where your ISOFIX points are located please consult your cars owners manual. We always recommend you follow the instructions when fitting an ISOFIX car seat.
